After a successful eleven year run, Lavender Restaurant, which offered “simple, elegant cuisine” at the Country Club of Green Valley, has closed. Graciela Lewis Lange, who operated the restaurant with her husband, Chef Frédéric Lange, said they “definitely need a rest.” All told, Graciela and Frédéric have been in the restaurant business 40 years. “We’re ready to retire,” Graciela said.
The Country Club of Green Valley wishes Chef and Graciela all the best as they spend time with family and in their beloved France.
